Since winning the NXT North American Championship in a Ladder Match at Halloween Havoc, Wes Lee has had no shortage of challengers.
After dispatching Carmelo Hayes, Lee found himself the victim of attacks from both Tony D’Angelo and the newly-returned Dijak, with both men threatening to make Lee’s run as champion a short one.
The last time Wendy Choo and Cora Jade faced off ended with a splash after Jade humiliated Choo by throwing a drink in her face.
Now, after weeks of questioning herself, Choo gets another chance at the Superstar that shamed her and made her doubt herself.
Fallon Henley’s family business troubles have made their way to NXT.
Henley’s bar was in financial trouble until Kiana James made a play for the title, seemingly doing it just to spite her rival.
After a heated argument at the bar last week, James and Henley will come to blows in a Battle For The Bar with the winner becoming the establishment’s rightful owner.
Schism has not spent the holiday season spreading Christmas cheer and the trio of Edris Enofé, Malik Blade and Odyssey Jones have taken note.
Now the three men will take on Joe Gacy, Rip Fowler, and Jagger Reid while Ava Raine stands by at ringside.
